His passion to continuously learn and explore his culinary scent has resulted in an impressive career spanning Asia and the Middle East with previous work experiences that include working for 5-star hotels such as the Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts Abu Dhabi, The Park Lane Hotel Jakarta, The Address Hotel Downtown Dubai, Sofitel and Nikki Beach, Play Restaurant and Lounge at Jumeirah Hotel Bahrain as well as other 5-star restaurants in several places such as Bali, Jakarta and Dubai.
