Indonesian born with a deep culinary background of Japanese cuisine, learning Japanese cuisine in Nobu Miami. He has been going to countries like Dubai, France, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Marrakesh to help restaurants bring the Japanese cuisine to their menu. Now he has landed in Gusto and he is here to give you an authentic Japanese experience.

With more than 8 years experience in Pastry, he will show you a different look at baking, cooking and presenting the perfect dessert. He has a background learning Japanese desserts from Westin Doha, Qatar and Teatro Gastroteque which is the best fine dining restaurant in Bali. He moved to Bahrain to work for Play Restaurant and now he is finally here at Gusto.
